Welcome to the portal for artists applications to the StuStaCulum Festival in 2026. At StuStaCulum 2026, we have over 100 performance slots to fill and are looking for acts from all areas of art and culture!

What is the StuStaCulum Festival?

The StuStaCulum 2026 will take place from June 3 to June 6, 2026 in the Studentenstadt Freimann near the English Garden in northern Munich. Since the first festival in 1989, we have become one of the largest student-organized festivals in Germany and celebrate every year with up to 30,000 visitors of all ages.

Who can apply?

Our mission is to offer a comprehensive and diverse range of music and culture, and we organize around 100 performances by musicians, bands, theater groups, comedy artists, and DJs. We are particularly proud to provide a stage for emerging artists.

How do I apply?

This year, there is a central application process: All artists—whether music groups, theater, comedy, DJs, or other formats—can apply here. On the application form, you can indicate which art form you belong to and specify your preferred stage. You can submit your performance to us until the application deadline on January 18, 2026. All applications will then be reviewed and you will receive feedback from us as soon as possible.

What compensation do I receive for my performance?

Since the festival is not commercially oriented and is organized exclusively by volunteers, your compensation is based on travel and reimbursing expenses. Of course, all artists receive free meals and free accommodation if needed.
